This is the decoder card needed to play DVDs in the Wallstreet models, and some of the Lombard models. This card fits in the PCMCIA slot and is part of the "necessary hardware" to view DVDs. Without this card you will not be able to watch DVDs on the Wallstreet or 333mhz Lombard.
