 @tim - if you've forgotten your passcode, you'll need to connect it to the computer it was setup on. If that is not available, your only option is to put the device in recovery mode and restore it to factory defaults.

 @maahir - if you can't remember your password, you'll have to do a factory restore in itunes which will erase your device.
