Carl 10 years ago	In taking the back cover off I "scratch" the logic board by the WiFi chip. Now WiFi does not work. Can I get a better image of this area or a schematic?

Deborah 12 years ago	Note that, even after removing the battery and the motherboard, the screen still shows a display. For those of us with a frozen display on a Kindle 4, the standard cellphone "fix" of popping and replacing the battery will not work on this model.
