Repairing Powerbook Hinges: Titanium G4

If you send your unit to Apple, and it is not covered under AppleCare, then you could spend as much as $1600 for this repair as they replace the entire display.

How it Works

Fill out our repair form at our repair center to get the exact cost for replacing your hinges. We will contact you within 24 hours with a quote and instructions on sending your unit in to be repaired.

Once we receive your unit, BRAND NEW hinges are installed on your display. (Other companies sell used hinges to unsuspecting customers, but all of our hinges are brand new.)

The turn around time is around 48 hours!

2 Hinge Replacement - $349.95
